If you applied at VFS Global
You can track your application online if you applied at a VFS Global centre. You will need the reference number you received when you submitted your application.
- Go to the VFS Global website.
- Select the country you applied from and the country you are going to.
- Click ‘Take me to the website’.
- Select the ‘Track your application’ tab and then click on ‘track your visa application status online’.
- Fill in the reference number you received when you submitted your application and your last name. You can find your reference number on the invoice/receipt issued by the visa application centre.
- Click ‘Submit’ to view the status of your application.
If you applied at a Dutch embassy or consulate-general
You can track your application online if you applied at a Dutch embassy or consulate-general. You will need the reference number you received when you submitted your application.
- Go to the track & trace system.
- Select the country where you submitted your application and your language.
- Click ‘Submit’.
- Enter your tracking number. You can find the tracking number on the card you received at your appointment.
- Click ‘Submit’ to view the status of your application.
If you applied at TLScontact
You can track your application online if you applied at a TLScontact centre. You will need to login to your TLScontact account.
- Go to the TLScontact website.
- Select the visa application centre where you submitted your application.
- Long in by using your email address and password to view the status of your application.
