Making an appointment in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
If you are in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and need a product or service from the Dutch government, you can go to the Netherlands embassy or the European Visa Centre (CEV), depending on what you need. To find out what to do, select the product or service you need.

To register for the Caribbean Carpet Programme, send your completed application form to the embassy in Kinshasa by emailing: kss-ca@minbuza.nl. You do not need to make an appointment.
