Having Dutch passport photos taken in Montenegro
If you are in Montenegro and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer

2. Go to a photographer in Serbia who is familiar with Dutch requirements
