Applying for an airport transit visa in Belarus

If you live in Belarus and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this at the Netherlands embassy office in Minsk. You can apply for this type of visa at the German embassy in Minsk (information in German and Belarusian).
