Applying for an airport transit visa in New Caledonia

If you live in New Caledonia and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this in New Caledonia because there is no Dutch representation in this country. You can apply for this type of visa at the external service provider VFS Global in New Zealand.
