Applying for an airport transit visa in Mongolia

If you live in Mongolia and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this at the Netherlands consulate in Ulaanbaatar. You can apply for this type of visa at the French embassy in Ulaanbaatar (information in French).
