Applying for an airport transit visa in Micronesia

If you live in Micronesia and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this in Micronesia because there is no Dutch representation in this country. You can apply for this type of visa at the external service provider VFS Global in the Philippines.
