Applying for an airport transit visa in Malta

The Netherlands embassy in Valletta doesn’t issue visa. Malta is part of the Schengen area so citizens of Malta or persons with a valid Schengen visa or a residence permit for Malta do not need to apply for a visa for the Netherlands, another Schengen country or the Caribbean part of the Netherlands. 

In case you do need an airport transit visa, you can apply at the French embassy in Valletta.
