Applying for an airport transit visa in Estonia

The Netherlands embassy in Tallinn doesn’t issue visa.

Estonia is part of the Schengen area. Therefore, citizens of Estonia or persons with a valid Schengen visa or a residence permit for Estonia do not need to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, another Schengen country or the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.

In case you do need a visa, you can submit your application at the Netherlands embassy in Helsinki, Finland.
