If you are in Mauritius and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer

2. Go to a photographer in Tanzania who is familiar with Dutch requirements
We have no information about photographers in Mauritius who are familiar with the Dutch requirements. However, we do have information about photographers in Tanzania. If you are already travelling to the embassy in Tanzania to apply for a passport, ID card or visa, you can have your photos taken there.
