Having Dutch passport photos taken in Kyrgyzstan
If you are in Kyrgyzstan and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer

2. Go to a photographer in Russia who is familiar with Dutch requirements
We have no information about photographers in Kyrgyzstan who are familiar with the Dutch requirements. However, we do have information about photographers in the Russian Federation. If you are already travelling to the embassy in the Russian Federation to apply for a passport, ID card or visa, you can have your photos taken there.
