Applying for an emergency travel document in North Korea

The travel advisory for North Korea is red. Regardless of your situation, do not travel there; it is too dangerous.

The Netherlands does not have an embassy in Pyongyang. If you have lost your Dutch passport while in North Korea, the Dutch embassy in Seoul will be unable to assist you.
