If you are travelling abroad or staying in another country for a longer period of time, sign up to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Information Service. We will then keep you up to date on the security situation in the region.
What does the Information Service offer?
Via the Information Service you can sign up for:
- email updates if travel advice changes
- text messages in the event of a crisis situation
- additional information from the embassy. For example about embassy events or a mobile passport applications station visiting your region.
Registering with the embassy
Via the Information Service you can also register with the embassy, so the embassy can reach you in the event of a crisis situation. You can also notify them of who to contact in the event of an emergency.
Group registration
You can also register a group of travellers via the Information Service. Each traveller must then confirm their registration.
