COVID-19 measures in the consular department
For a visit to the consular section the following COVID-19 measures apply:

Before we can receive you we will ask you COVID Health questions (questionnaire in Arabic). If you have to answer any of these questions with 'yes' we will need to reschedule your appointment.

We cannot help you without an appointment. Even if you have made an appointment for a consular service that we cannot offer yet.

Schengen and Caribbean visa
Because of the (EU) entry ban it is not possible to apply for a Schengen or Carribean visa, unless you belong to an exempted category. In that case you can send us an e-mail. Read more in the Q&A's Travel restrictions for the Netherlands (EU travel ban).
MVV (residence visa)

We can only accept applications if the IND has given its approval for the issue of an MVV in Khartoum. If you have received permission for the MVV to be issued in another country, please contact the IND.

Due to COVID-19 it is not possible to schedule an appointment.
Collection of documents
For legalisations and consular statements every Thursday from 13:00 to 15:00 without appointment.
For passport applications, identity card and MVV applications, the embassy will contact you as soon as your document is ready.
