We can only accept applications if the IND has given its approval for the issue of an MVV in Khartoum. If you have received permission for the MVV to be issued in another country, please contact the IND.

Civic integration exam abroad

After you have received the e-mail conformation from DUO, send an email to to make an appointment for the civic integration exam. Mention in your e-mail the following details: Your full name, date of birth and your candidate number. Please bring recognized identification that contains a passport photo.

DNA examination

The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) collects DNA for asylum seekers who have applied for family reunification asylum. The IOM does this on request of the IND. Do you have questions about your appointment? Please contact your contact person at the IND. The embassy is not involved and does not make appointments.

Collection of documents 

Sunday until Thursday from 13:00 to 15:00 for visa, legalisations and consular statements.

For passport applications and identity card the embassy will contact you as soon as your document is ready.
