Passports and ID cards:
Monday until Friday between 09:00 and 10:30 and between 14:00 and 15:00.

MVV applications:
Monday until Friday between 14:00 and 15:00.
Please note: You collect your mvv at the location where you submitted your application.
If you have applied for your mvv in Moscow,  you have to pick it up in Moscow.
