IMPORATNT NOTIFICATION REGARDING CONSULAR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE EMBASSY:

The Consular Department at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Skopje is open for consular services.

Only applicants with scheduled appointments in the appointment system (link) will be accepted to submit applications for consular services including passport applications and applications for long-term visa (MVV). Payments of the consular services fees should be preferably made with a payment card.

Visitors who only request consular services information will not be accepted in the Embassy premises. All questions related to consular services should be sent to sko-ca@minbuza.nl and they will be followed up by the Consular Office as soon as possible.

In view of the on-going Covid-19 infection, all consular applicants are required to wear protective masks before entering the Embassy premises and to disinfect hands at the entrance and before submitting their applications. Applicants without protective masks will not be allowed to enter the premises. The Embassy will not provide protective masks for the applicants.
