- Opening hours
The consular section is operating with limited capacity due to the Covid-19 measures in place. An appointment is required for all consular services.
Coronavirus / Covid19: please keep in mind that you cannot apply for everything yet. Or that there are fewer appointment slots available.
Passports, ID cards, certificates of life, legalisation Dutch signature, MVV and visa applications
Passport applications are not available at this moment due to the Covid-19 measures in place. Please contact email@example.com if you find yourself in an urgent situation.
Consular declarations (residence, marital status, Dutch nationality etc.)

Civic integration exam abroad
We have limited capacity for the integration exams. Please send an email for an appointment.
Collection of documents (no appointment required)
It is possible to pick up documents without appointment from Monday to Thursday between 15:00 and 16:00 hrs.

The building in which our office is located has taken extensive additional measures due to the current Covid-19 situation. At all times you are required to wear a face-mask. Your temperature will be measured when entering. To enter the building you need to leave an identification at the reception desk of the building. When you have an appointment at our consular section you will also need to identify yourself with your passport. This means that you will also need to have identifications with you when attending your consular appointment.
If you possess multiple nationalities you will be required to present every passport of each nationality at our consular desk during your appointment.
