Applying for an airport transit visa in Lithuania
The Netherlands embassy in Vilnius doesn’t issue visa. Lithuania is part of the Schengen area.
In case you do need a visa, you can apply for this type of visa at the Netherlands embassy in Helsinki (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden).
You are travelling to the Netherlands
Are you a national of Lituania? Or do you have a valid Schengen visa or a residence permit for Lithuania? In that case you do not need to apply for a short stay visa for the Netherlands or another Schengen country.
You are travelling to the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom
Are you a national of Lithuania? Or do you have a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa or a residence permit for Lithuania? In that case you do not need to apply for a short stay visa to travel to the Caribbean parts of Kingdom of the Netherlands.
