Opening hours

Due to the Coronavirus the consular section is closed until further notice. In case of an emergency you can call and you will be automatically transferred to the 24/7 Contact Center in The Hague. You can also call the 24/7 Contact Center directly by calling +31 (0) 247 247 247.

Registration at the embassy

As Dutch visiting or residing in Lebanon you can register at the embassy via the 24/7 BZ Informatieservice (Dutch).

How to make an appointment at the consular section

Passport and ID card, legalisation, consular declaration and other consular services

Dutch nationality certificate

Schengen and Carribean visa

Make an appointment at the Netherlands Visa Application Center (VFS Global).

MVV for study, work or regular family reunification

Send an e-mail to make an appointment.

MVV asylum family reunification (nareis asiel)

  • Send an e-mail to make an appointment to collect your MVV or for DNA.
  • Send an e-mail to make an appointment for an identifying interview.

Send a scan of the IND letter with your e-mail to avoid a delay in our reply.
