During reconstruction works in and around the embassy, the consular section is relocated to the office of VFS Global Beirut.
For all consular services an appointment is required. Please note the days on which the embassy is closed.
COVID-19 measures at the consular section
Due to Corona/COVID-19 our consular services have been adjusted. For a visit to the consular section the following COVID-19 measures apply:
- You need to wear a face mask.
- Before we can receive you we will ask you COVID-19 health questions (questionnaire in Arabic). If you have to answer any of these questions with 'yes', we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Schengen and Caribbean visa
Because of the (EU) entry ban it is not possible to apply for a Schengen or Carribean visa, unless you belong to an exempted category. In that case you can send an e-mail. Read more in the Q&A's Travel restrictions for the Netherlands (EU travel ban).
MVV – residence

MVV – family reunification (nareis)
Send an e-mail to make an appointment. State the name of the applicant(s) and the week number of the IND’s approval in the subject line. We currently give appointments to IND approvals from week 33 (August) 2020.
Please do not send multiple e-mails for the same person or family. This delays the services of the embassy.

Identifying interview
The embassy does not have a suitable location to organize an identifying (video) interview. Contact the IND to know what this means for your application.
Collection of documents (only on appointment)
You need an appointment to collect your document. After applying, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your document is ready.
