Following various control and isolation measures imposed by the Italian authorities regarding corona virus, the Dutch Consulate General in Milan remains closed to the public from Monday 9 March until further notice. The CG remains available by telephone (+39 024855841) and by mail (mil@minbuza.nl).

Due to the Coronavirus the consulate-general is closed until further notice. In case of an emergency you can call and you will be automatically transferred to the 24/7 Contact Center in The Hague. You can also call the 24/7 Contact Center directly by calling +31 (0) 247 247 247.
The consulate-general in Milan doesn't have a consular section. We can issue a laissez-passer in the event of loss or theft, but only after approval of the Netherlands embassy in Rome.
In case of loss or theft, please send an e-mail to the embassy in Rome with your name, phone number and passport or ID card details. The embassy will contact you with further information.
For all other consular services, like Dutch passports or ID cards please also contact the Netherlands embassy in Rome.
