The Netherlands embassy in Abidjan doesn't have a consular department.

Consular services are limited to the following services:

Consular declarations, copies conform original, legalisations of signature and Laisser-Passez (LP)

The embassy in Abidjan doesn't issue passports and visa.

Passport applications

Dutch citizens are advised to apply for a new passport at least 6 months prior to the expiration of their current passport. Apply for a new passport at the Netherlands embassy in Accra, Ghana or in the Netherlands.

Schengen visa applications

Visa applications for travel to the Netherlands have to be lodged at the Belgium embassy in Abidjan.
