The embassy in Baku does not have a consular section. Therefore, the consular services are limited. Below is an overview of where you can go for consular services if you live in Azerbaijan or have a consular question.

Short-stay Schengen visa (up to 90 days)

The French embassy in Baku processes visas for short stays in the Netherlands. You can lodge your visa application through the website of the Capago visa application center.

Civic integration exam

You can sit the civic integration exam at the Dutch embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. Send an e-mail to get more information about the civic integration exam and to make an appointment.

Passports, ID cards and MVV visa

The embassy in Baku does not issue passports, ID cards or MVV visa. You can lodge your application at most other Dutch embassies and consulate-generals around the world. For example at the Dutch embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. Send an e-mail to make an appointment. You can also lodge your application at one of the Dutch border municipalities or at Schiphol Airport
