There is no embassy or consulate-general in Armenia. For most consular services you can contact the Netherlands embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Where can Armenian citizens submit an application?
Passports and/or ID cards, nationality certificates, consular declarations, legalisations and MVV's
Make an appointment via the online appointment system of the embassy in Tbilisi.
On 3 July the German Embassy stopped its visa application services for the applicants traveling to Netherlands and Caribbean.
As of July 3, 2019, visa applications (Schengen / Caribbean) will be taken by VFS Global in Yerevan https://www.vfsglobal.com/netherlands/Armenia/index.html
Please note that due to the upcoming holiday season VFS Global and the Netherlands Embassy in Tbilisi are closed on below mentioned dates. When submitting your visa application after 2 December 2019, please be aware that you will receive your decision and travel document after 8 January 2020.
