Update: extra travel restrictions
As from 00.01 on 23 January 2021, people travelling from all countries (including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) to the Netherlands not only need to have a recent negative PCR test not older than 72 hours, but also need to possess a negative result of a rapid COVID-19 test (so called “express test for antigen”), performed not more than 4 hours prior to boarding the aircraft.
Rapid COVID-19 test can be taken in the laboratories located in international airports of Nur-Sultan and Almaty. Please contact relevant airport information services.
Without having both of these (negative) tests, travelling to the Netherlands will not be possible.
