Applying for a passport or ID card in Xiamen on 17 October 2020
The consular team from the Dutch consulate-general in Guangzhou will be visiting Xiamen on 17 October 2020, where you will be able to apply for a Dutch passport or ID card.
Making an appointment
Send an email to the consulate-general in Guangzhou via firstname.lastname@example.org before 30 September 2020. State in your email that you would like to make an appointment for the application session in Xiamen. You should also state how many people you would like to make an appointment for. You will receive an email stating the time of your appointment.
Create a personal checklist for each person on the ‘Applying for a passport or ID card if you live in China’. The checklist will tell you which documents you need to bring to the appointment.
Pay in advance. The email confirmation of your appointment will state the amount due and provide payment details. See the overview of consular tariffs in China for information on the cost of a passport or ID card.
