Dakar – Partial restart consular services as of August 1, 2020
The consular department of the Dutch embassy in Dakar will partially resume consular services as of 1 August 2020.
From that date, the embassy will process MVV and travel document applications to a limited extent (2 days a week) and by appointment only. You can make an appointment for this via the online appointment system. From August 14, you can also make an appointment via e-mail for the basic civic integration exams abroad.
Regarding Schengen visa applications, you can only submit the following applications:
- applications from family members of Dutch nationals
- applications for people with a demonstrably essential profession
- applications for people with a long-distance relationship
- humanitarian applications.
