Commemoration 15 August 2020 in Kanchanaburi
On 15 August we honor the victims of World War II in Asia through commemorations and wreath laying in Kanchanaburi and Chunkai. A special year in which, 75 years after the official ending of the Second World War for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, we commemorate the fallen and victims of war and violence. You are welcome to take part in the commemoration. If you are interested in attending the commemorations, please let us know before 5 August with how many people you would like to attend via firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the occasion of the 75th commemoration year, the embassy offers flowers for those present to place at the memorial. The Dutch embassy also offers a lunch.

* If there are enough registrations, the NTCC will organize transportation to Kanchanaburi. A personal financial contribution of 500 THB per participant will be collected on the spot.
