Netherlands Embassy in Canberra postal polling station for European Parliament elections

For Dutch voters in Australia and New Zealand, the postal polling station at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Canberra will be opened on 23 May 2019 from 7:30 am (local time) until the votes have been counted. To hand in your postal vote, the polling station is open until 3 pm local time. After that time, counting will commence. The procedure of receiving votes and counting them is accessible to the public.

Voting in Australia and New Zealand

The postal polling station at the Netherlands Embassy in Canberra needs to receive your vote on 23 May by 3pm local time at the latest.  
You can use the address of the pre-printed orange envelope to send your vote to the embassy. You can also visit the polling station to hand in your vote in person.

Register as a Dutch voter abroad

If you are a Dutch national living abroad, you can vote in these elections. But you will need to register online. If you wish, you can authorise someone to vote on your behalf in the Netherlands.
