Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is the largest Arab nation in the Middle East Asia region. It covers about 80% of the Arabian Peninsula. The country is bordered by Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, the UAE, Oman and Yemen. There are practically no rivers or lakes in the country, but so-called wadis (valleys) are numerous.

Saudi Arabia is a rich and prosperous country (rank 19th) in terms of gross domestic product and purchasing power parity. Its wealth is largely based on oil revenues. The country is a founder and key member of OPEC and member of the G20 Group.
