How can I update my personal data in the Non-residents Records Database?
You can update some of your personal data in the Non-residents Records Database (RNI) at any of the 19 RNI municipalities. Which one you choose is up to you. You can submit a change of foreign address online using the Moving Abroad Service Portal.

Updating your data in person in the Netherlands
If it is not possible to update your data online, you can do so at any of the 19 RNI municipalities in the Netherlands.
Adding a nationality
If information on your nationality is missing from the RNI, you can have it added. However, you cannot do this online; you can do so only at an RNI municipality in the Netherlands. You will need a valid Dutch passport or Dutch identity card for this.
