Applying for an airport transit visa in Norway

The Netherlands embassy in Oslo doesn’t issue visa. Norway is part of the Schengen area so citizens of Norway or persons with a valid Schengen visa or a residence permit for Norway do not need to apply for a visa for the Netherlands, another Schengen country or the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.

In case you do need a visa, you can submit your application at the Netherlands embassy in Stockholm, Sweden.
