Surviving dependants’ benefit outside the Netherlands (Anw)

If your partner or ex-partner has died, you may be able to receive surviving dependants’ benefit under the Surviving Dependants Act (Anw). If a child under the age of 21 has lost both parents they may be able to receive orphans’ benefit.
