Applying for an airport transit visa in Montserrat

If you live in Montserrat and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this in Montserrat because there is no Dutch representation in this country. You can apply for this type of visa at the Netherlands embassy in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
