Applying for an airport transit visa in (French) Guiana

If you live in (French) Guiana and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot apply at the Netherlands consulate in Mont Joly. You can apply for this type of visa at the external service provider VFS Global in Suriname.
