What personal data is recorded in the Non-residents Records Database?
You can check what personal data of yours is recorded in the Non-residents Records Database (RNI) on MijnOverheid.nl or at any of the 19 RNI municipalities in the Netherlands.
Viewing your data online on MijnOverheid.nl
On MijnOverheid.nl (information in Dutch) you can check what personal data of yours is recorded in the RNI. Log in to the website using your DigiD or a recognised means of eID from another European country. Once you have logged in click ‘Identiteit’. You can then click through to your personal data.
If you do not have a DigiD, you can apply for one.
Checking your personal data via an RNI municipality
If you are not able to view your data online, contact one of the 19 RNI municipalities to find out whether you are registered in the RNI and how.
All individuals who deregistered from a Dutch municipality after 1 October 1994 are registered in the RNI.
If you are not registered in the RNI or any of your personal data is incorrect, as a non-resident you can make a change through an RNI municipality.
