Applying for an airport transit visa in Cambodia

If you live in Cambodia and want to apply for an airport transit visa for the Netherlands, you cannot do this at the Netherlands consulate in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap. You can apply for this type of visa at the the German embassy in Phnom Penh.
