Somali documents
In order to apply for a Dutch passport you need documents.
Pleas note: Only documents issued by Somali authorities in Somalia or Somaliland are accepted. These documents are sent to the IND to check if they are genuine. This can take 6 to 9 months. Only once your documents are checked will we proceed with your passport application.
- Consular declarations issued by a Somali embassy are not accepted.
